| To assist our customers in reducing
the manufacturing time and costs, Kinto Canada developed two types
of casting aluminium clamp risers, ONE-CUT® risers and ONE-FOR-TWO
risers. |

ONE-CUT® risers are designed with two major features:
1) Thread holes tapped to 2 inch deep;
2) A series of height sizes at 1½ inch increment.
With these two features, ONE-CUT® risers can be used instantly at
the supplied heights. In addition, they can be easily adjusted to
the desired sizes by one cutting in a range up to 1½ inches.
Three series of ONE-CUT® risers are available to support KTC-VC200,
VC400 and VC600 clamps.
ONE-FOR-TWO risers are mainly developed for situations in which
the clamp is installed at an
angle. Each ONE-FOR-TWO riser can be made into two risers.
Besides KTC’s clamps, they also support clamps made by other
manufacturers including Destaco and Carr Lane. |
