KTC STAB PIN SETS provide our customers with the quickest and the most economic way to build the units for slot checking. This set includes 3 standard parts:

KTC "D Bushings" are uniquely designed with a removable orientation key which adds flexibility  to work with many applications. The Clocking Slots in the these headed bushing allow them to be pre-doweled or  doweled at assembly. These bushing are hardened throughout to 58 HRC and have a black oxide finish, which come in 3 different sizes .

KTC "D Pins" are designed to work in conjunction with the KTC "D Bushings". The precisely fit pins are made to lengths, that can be fitted with standard Carr Lane handles. These pins are hardened throughout to 58 HRC.

KTC "D Blanks" are designed to work in conjunction with the KTC "D Bushings and KTC "D Pins". The precisely made "D-hole" in these blanks slip over the "D pin". The hardened blanks can be wire cut to the desired shape and size.
