Digital Trim Gage

KTC “Digital Trim Gage” is used with fixtures with milled trim lines. The device enables the operator to acquire variable data on trim features of a part at many locations right on the shop floor, reducing the need for expensive trips to the CMM. (e.g. Ford Level 3 trim points.) The device is ideal for Tool Shops during  development stage, and first off parts. Stamped or Laser Trim setups can be  verified and monitored fast and accurately.
